Yoga & Flow in the Park – Session 2
Join us for another morning of movement, mindfulness, and community at Roy Wilkins Park!
After an amazing first class (even with the weather sending us indoors!), we're excited to take Yoga & Flow back outside. This beginner-friendly session is designed to help you stretch, breathe, recharge, and start your weekend feeling refreshed.
All are welcome.
Just bring your mat (or towel), water, and an open mind.!
